  Best downtown Gym, with a funky industrial feel, but a few detractors - good access to equipment as its often quiet especially weekends, good range of machines and cardio, but some older and in need of maintenace (eg padding on leg extension machines etc), lockers are always broken in the Mens (an easy fix surely?) but change facilities and showers are decent otherwise. :( No air con in the free weights area but its tolerable most of the year. Ian is a good PT here. Worth a look but not Worlds class...
